My Story
I founded Full Cycle CPG after seeing too many great brands hit a wall they could not get past. Not because of bad products or bad founders but because their supply chain could not keep up.
I started my career on the warehouse floor and worked my way up through operations at Fortune 500 companies including Del Monte and Coca-Cola before leading supply chain for emerging brands like Juanita's Foods, Sugarfina, and A Dozen Cousins.
Born in Mexico and raised in Los Angeles, I am proud of my heritage and the bilingual perspective I bring to every engagement. I have managed manufacturing relationships on both sides of the border and understand how to build partnerships that actually hold.
